I'm so glad to reconnect with you and share with you the recent happenings with RammDance, as well as what's coming up for you to join in on!
It would be impossible to give a recap without mentioning the grand entrance of Skyden Isadora Belair, on June 1st 2017!
30 hours of all-natural labor, with only the use of self-hypnosis (hypnobabies) and the constant support of my partner, Jason Eric resulted in no-doubt the most intense physical and emotional experience imaginable.
But I survived it! And I got the best prize in the entire world, baby Skyden. Through the birthing process I learned the unimaginable and unreal power of my body, and that is another gift in itself.
NEW: The Ramm Technique Classes
The Ramm Technique blends elements of yoga, Pilates, meditation, dance, and myofascial release.
Mondays 10am, Fridays 10:30am at Unity of Dallas, 6525 Forest Lane.
"I have had excellent results with your technique. For several years I have been experiencing problems with physical balance. I had been going to traditional yoga several times per week with no improvement. However, when I started your Ramm technique I began to notice a significant improvement. It took about 6 weeks to get my balance restored. I had stopped sailing because of my balance problems. I feel like I can resume sailing now. Thank you so much doing the work that you do. Blessings to you, Bill S. "
Isadora Duncan International Symposium- August 2017
About 100 dancers and master teachers gathered at ODC in San Francisco for 3 days of workshops, performances, and more. This photo is of my mother Adrienne Ramm's masterclass. As you can see, baby Skyden (in my arms) was eager to learn, too!
I, also, taught a workshop at the Symposium, "Breath, Energy, and the Solar Plexus" along with musical accompaniment by Adrienne Ramm and Jason Eric Belair. It was a great success!
The Spiritual Line
I'm very excited to share my upcoming performance:
The Spiritual Line, an evening of dance and spoken word, with Adrienne Ramm, Courtney Ramm, and Jason Eric Belair.
"I believe that in each life there is a spiritual line, an upward curve, and all that adheres to and strengthens this line is our real life—the rest is but as chaff falling from us as our souls progress. Such a spiritual line is my Art. " - Isadora Duncan
