Hi Beautiful!
It's a busy and exciting time for me now, as I'm preparing for three RammDance performances, coming up over the next two weeks! Below you will find performance info...hope to see you there!!!

At this World Peace Prayer Buddhist Meeting, RammDance will perform 3 solos choreographed by Isadora Duncan in the early 1900s: The Greeting, Maenad, and Flames of the Heart. These dances are set to the music of Brahms and are part of the suite of dances called, "The Many Faces of Love"
In addition young RammDancers from RammDance school in Kailua will perform a Lullaby, choreographed by Isadora Duncan and set to music of Schubert. This is a dance I learned and performed throughout my childhood, so it is especially meaningful for me to see my students performing this sweet dance!
Lastly, RammDance company will perform an excerpt from "And Three", a new work choreographed by Courtney Ramm with music by Satie and RammDance dancer Sequoia Brown.

Highlights of Kahumana performance include:
Authentic choreography of modern dance pioneer Isadora Duncan, including dances to Brahms, Chopin, and Strauss.
The premiere of my new piece, “And Three”, a playful piece for 3 dancers, in 3 distinct sections and 3 composers (Mozart, Satie, and Bach). It is premiering at Kahumana!!!
A showing of my newest piece, “Haniel: Song to the Moon”. Set to the stunning aria, Dvorak’s Song to the Moon from the opera Rusalka. Bathing under the light of the moon, the six dancers are mystified and transformed through the power of the full moon. A new dimension of clarity emerges, allowing for forgiveness and healing to take place.

Have an AMAZING day!
Courtney
