Perhaps you know that I’m pretty much vegan, so perhaps you’re wondering why I’m writing about eating frogs...!!! Several years ago I was waiting for the bus up 2nd avenue in NYC and I had a podcast playing on my phone, and was not paying attention to it all, it was really quite boring.... Until I heard the woman on the podcast talking about eating frogs when she woke up in the morning. All of sudden she had my full attention!

When there’s something I’m avoiding doing, because it seems too daunting or difficult or I just plain don’t “feel like it”, I will tell myself: “Eat the frog! Just eat the frog! Swallow the frog!”
Once you “eat the frog”, life brightens up- literally the colors seem brighter, your mood lifts, and you can exhale a sigh of relief. Best to eat the frog first thing in the morning, so it’s done and over with.
Close your eyes, and take a moment to think about 3 “frogs” you really need to eat. Then, pick the frog you’d like to eat first. Bright green frogs are often tastier! (just kidding) Either write it down or set a reminder on your phone...and eat that baby up!
Remember, if you eat the frog first thing in the morning, nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day!
